Very unprofessional, rude, and inconsiderate. If there were ZERO stars, she would have had it. Messed my hair up and not used to dealing with quality customers. Don't waste your money!

two days after sew in the tracks began to unravel. When I asked to to repair she refused and told me that she will not repair because I did not ask nice enough. Despite her website saying that she will repair the hair within two days of the appointment.
