I'll echo the chorus of positive reviews here. As a late 30s-something person who has danced for over 25 years, I was growing pretty frustrated with ongoing pain from a back and hip injury. I had never gone to a chiropractor and was anxious that I would somehow get more seriously injured. Although I'm not quite dancing at the level I used to, my overall pain has lessened significantly and I'm a lot more active than before visiting Dr. Josh. I'm so thankful his practice exists.

Had a fantastic session with Dr Josh that was both healing and informative. He gave me a lot of tips on how to improve my body mechanics to decrease stiffness and muscle inflammation. He also pointed out some problem areas I wasn't even aware of that are causing me to have overcompensation in the wrong muscles! Super friendly guy!
