First I want to highlight Miss Delia skill set as a hairstylist. She gave me an amazing cut today. I really appreciate her and her kindness. Second, there was a very rude lady that was very disrespectful to miss Delia, when she was just doing her job. Miss Delia remained calm and professional even when the lady was berating her personal space and having her hands close to Miss Delia’s face. I don’t condone bullying so I just wanted to make sure I spoke up for Miss Delia.

Bridget in El Cerrito gave me a wonderful haircut from long to shortish, just what I wanted. She listened and added her thoughts. Very professional and a lovely lady. I will definitely return. My only complaint is that I couldn't find the extra discount proof online when I got there . Manager should give Bridget the extra 5 bucks.

Even though I arrived just five minutes before closing, Tommy kindly accommodated me and provided a haircut. He demonstrated great attention to detail and possessed a delightful personality. The quality of the haircut was exceptional. I certainly plan to return in the future.
