The barbers provide excellent haircuts and shaves at fair prices. 95 year old owner Jerry is a legend with decades of experience, a true gentleman, and a total pro. Mimi is also super talented, creative, and detail oriented, providing a wonderful experience. The shop has an old world charm and courtesy, making it a pleasant experience. It's a great place to visit for a great cut with good people at a reasonable price.

What a great shop. I've been going to the same barber for twenty two years and was nervous about trying someone new. On the recommendation of a few people I tried them and did not regret it! Date I say my hair is looking as good as it ever has.
It's super old school. Old barbers, old chairs, old playboys, sports on the tv and the conversation never stopped. This pace is a great scene, just don't expect to get in and out quickly. That's not what this place does. They do cuts well and inexpensive. Oooh, great shave as well!
Recently moved to the east bay from New York City and was looking for an old school NYC style barbershop with reasonable prices. I tried multiple places and Grand Barber Shop is the winner. It's the exact old school barber vibe I was looking for. Theyre fast and efficient, friendly and incredibly reasonably priced. Jerry the owner is in his 90s and still cuts hair - very impressive man. The other barbers are excellent as well.
