I felt valued and respected by all staff I met at Crown. My concerns were addressed. The procedures were explained to me, the x-rays displayed on a large screen for me to view in detail, questions were encouraged and there was time for me to ask them. This office is easily accessible from the sidewalk and is all one level. The work space is bright and clean. Equipment seems up to date. The beautiful potted plants in robust good health that share space in the reception area are cared for on a rotating basis by staff.
