Good experience both times I went in, first was a few months ago and again today to replace my broken glasses. I thought I would have to pay for new frames but Rosalia was kind enough to make look into and ensure me my glasses were still under warranty. Excellent service and a true testament to what customer service should be: kind and respectful.

Had to get a new pair of glasses for my son, he lost his last pair. Mr Falvio was very helpful and also helped me find the correct reading glasses. Thank you Mr Flavio, highly recommended

After accidentally ripping one of my trial contacts, I had some trouble with acquiring information with other associates on getting new ones. Flavio was quite helpful with helping me on buying new ones!!
