Are you trying to go somewhere that does not take care of their veterans and deployed service members. This is the place. I have been to multiple Acuity Eye Groups in Southern California and this place happens to be the worst at hospitality and customer service. The lady at the front, (I believe Araceli) was rude enough to tell my brother to leave. I am deployed, and called in to ask if I could receive my contact prescription through email. Completely understanding of sensitive medical documents over the internet they told me over the phone to have a family member come in and pick it up. I had my family member stop by to pick up my prescription. (A simple paper) and the lady said, I needed to send in an email after they said to just come in. This place has no care for their customer's time. She rudely would not talk on the phone while my brother had me online. Acuity, do something about this efficiency of a woman.

Dr Mancilla is always so friendly and kind. I've been coming to him for several years now and he helped me transition to contacts when it was the best choice for me. His staff is great too.
