I have been here for 1.5 hours waiting and by the looks it's going to be longer!!.... We were on time! why make appointments if you are not going to keep them. my first time here and probably the last!

I’ve been a customer for years, however, the “doctor” that I saw today looks like he was in a hurry. No more than 3 minutes and he sent me to pick my glasses. The lady who started helping me to get my glasses disappeared. After about ten minutes waiting with the new frames and could not find the person who was helping me. I just left. Not very good service.
