Locke has done work for me a couple of times, and that is why I go back. Pepe came out to troubleshoot and give an estimate. He was the only service to actually DO a leak check. The coil was leaking in multiple places, more refrigerant was just kicking the can down the road. Locke got the part and performed the repair before the unit stopped cooling all together. Every time I felt like their work was done well and while HVAC work is expensive, their price was fair. I will use them again.
Technician responded promptly for our situation and conducted a full diagnostics on the A/C unit. Technician also interacted with the renter of the apartment and explained the process. Thank you.
First time using Locke Air and it was a great experience. The lady that answered the phone to schedule was very friendly and courteous. I did have to leave a message and thought I would never hear back as it’s happened with many other places I called first. I received a call back within a couple of hours. The technician showed up on time and was very clean, knowledgeable, professional, and not pushy like other places I’ve used in the past trying to sell me memberships. He even gave me good notes on past work done which gave me peace of mind. Thank you Licke Air and staff. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend to friends and family.
