Place is clean and super busy on the weekend, which is a good sign, so I tried it. No appointment needed, especially on a weekday when it’s not so busy, so I was seen right away. I've been going to Kim's for a really long time and I'm a regular. However lately I've been getting g bad customer service and so so nails. I feel her employees complain to much about what you want done and give you an attitude. So does Kim from time to time. If I'm spending 60-100 dollars I want good customer service and a relaxing pleasant experience. I don't feel like I'm asking to much if I want no attitude or complaining when I'm paying for something done especially in these times when everything cost so much. Kim if you read this please work on giving better customer service!
