Relentless phone calls, 14-15 per day I will suggest to all my friends to never use this company.
Are you trying to go somewhere that does not take care of their veterans and deployed service members. This is the place. I have been to multiple Acuity Eye Groups in Southern California and this place happens to be the worst at hospitality and customer service. The lady at the front, (I believe Araceli) was rude enough to tell my brother to leave. I am deployed, and called in to ask if I could receive my contact prescription through email. Completely understanding of sensitive medical documents over the internet they told me over the phone to have a family member come in and pick it up. Dr Mancilla is always so friendly and kind. I've been coming to him for several years now and he helped me transition to contacts when it was the best choice for me. His staff is great too.
