If you want to pay over $250 an hour to a cpa to not return calls / emails or take 2 weeks to respond, then Richard Preciado's team here are perfect as that is their specialty. If they think you have $$$ then they can be responsive, otherwise it is a waste if time and money to work with this group.

Overall felt really good about using them. I had some international issues that I thought they could help me with and they did. They then started to overall charge time for basic tasks and for redoing work. My final bill was way out of proportion for what they finally did. If you have money to waste, don't check charges and don't mind getting charged 40min for 10min of work they are great.

Bunch of inept crooks. I was suppose to get a refund from back tax return. These guys prepared them neglecting a ton of deductions I literally handed to them. What they gave me looked like I had been evading taxes. I did them elsewhere properly and got a large refund. They subsequently tried to charge me for their faulty work and now a collection agency calls me. Stay away from these guys. They've missed out on some big accounts around the valley due to their sleezy reputation. Now I know why. Maybe I can file a complaint somewhere.

Gary Glub make tax time so much easier for me. He is on top of things before I even get my W-2's. I have all my paper work filled out and ready to go. He is very friendly along with his great staff. He is always there to help me with any questions anytime of the year. Job well done by this man I am always happy with the outcome.
