Frank and his team were truly a gift from God! We were on our way from San Diego to Phoenix on a Friday afternoon. We had intended to leave SD at 9am, but was 2pm before we got started so already feeling stressed. Two hours into the trip with temperatures in the desert 105+ the air conditioning in my 2017 BMW went out. El Centro is the nearest town and a Google search brings up Southside European. Brought my BMW in for some engine issues and they handled it like pros. Super knowledgeable with European cars and didn’t overcharge like the dealership would. Car’s running smooth again—definitely recommend!

Finally found a mechanic shop that actually knows BMWs inside and out. They diagnosed the issue fast and explained everything in a way that made sense. Honest, fast, and reasonably priced. Shout out to Luis for helping me out through the process!
