Frank and his team were truly a gift from God! We were on our way from San Diego to Phoenix on a Friday afternoon. We had intended to leave SD at 9am, but was 2pm before we got started so already feeling stressed. Two hours into the trip with temperatures in the desert 105+ the air conditioning in my 2017 BMW went out. El Centro is the nearest town and a Google search brings up Southside European. It is 4:15pm on a Friday afternoon so his initial reluctance to have us bring in the car is understandable. With the tension in my voice rising, he agrees to take a look. Once we arrive in the office we see a sign on Frank's back wall "A man's heart plans his way, but the Lord directs his steps." This is one of our favorite verses so we knew the Lord had absolutely directed our steps to Frank. After about an hour Frank did the diagnostics on the car and was able to reset the fault indicators so the air conditioning worked. We were able to continue our trek across the desert in air-conditioned comfort. It has now been a few weeks since Frank fixed it and we have not had an issue. Frank was truly a blessing for us that day and we are grateful that he is using his talents and smart-ass sense of humor for the glory of God! I highly recommend Frank and Southside European.
I have taken my Mercedes-Benz USA and my Porsche Cayman S 718 for service and repairs and Frank and his team have been amazing. Always on time, fair price, and friendly staff. 5 Stars rating from me.
Really awesome place. I had received excellent customer service upon my arrival I loved it. They also are the only European Certified auto Shop in the valley.
