Hands down best customer service I've ever experienced at an Auto repair shop! Jose was so kind and welcoming as well as knowledgeable. He explained everything to me in detail and he was honest about the condition of my vehicle from the beginning. He made me feel comfortable and I could tell he was really trying to help me without taking advantage of me for being a woman like other auto repair shops in the valley. Do not hesitate to take your vehicles to Rigo's Auto Shop! Make sure and ask for Jose you won't regret it.

Our Ford Escape had a radiator issue on our drive from San Diego to Phoenix and left us stranded in El Centro. Jose and his team at Rigo's Auto Body Shop took a really stressful situation and immediately gave us confidence throughout the whole process.
Really appreciated the transparent pricing - they walked us through our options instead of pushing the most expensive fix - and ultimately delivered exactly what they said they would. They also offered really helpful perspectives on what to watch for going forward.
Great communication and follow-up the entire time. If you're stuck in El Centro or local, I highly recommend Rigo's. 5 stars

Our A/C went out while traveling on a very hot day and found this shop. Due to needing more time with the car that we couldn't spare, they weren't able to fix it. However they did take care of my Wife and my 8 montth old in the heat. Offered their office that had a/c while they looked at our car. Very friendly and kind.
