We recently bought a new home in the Fletcher Hills (El Cajon) area, and during the disclosures it came up that there was likely a leak when the spa was in use. While we were still in escrow, I called Tony at World Pools to do an inspection and he was able to come out on very short notice. His communication was prompt and professional, and he clearly explained what was going on and what it would take (including a straightforward estimate) to fix it.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Tony and his crew! We re-did our pool in 2021 with another company who took shortcuts and the result was a pool where tiles were popping off left and right. We hired Tony to completely re-tile our pool and we're confident we're in good, capable hands this time! As an installer, Tony took great care to look at our selected tile specs to make sure they were a good fit and sturdy material. His team was lovely-- the nicest guys, hard workers-- arriving early and fully tidying up every day before leaving. I highly recommend Tony and the World Pools team for your pool renovation!
Tony and his crew did an amazing retiling our pool. He and his crew were very professional, cleaned up very nicely after each say. Now, I look forward to using him for our next project of replastering our 20 year old pool. I will use nobody else, I know the job will be done right. He met all my expectations and have received sooooo many complements on how great the new tile looks!! Thank you Tony, look forward to working with you again soon!!!!
