WOW WOW WOW, from the moment that I mistakenly showed up at 10:58 AM, an entire hour early for my noon appointment that I believed was at 11 AM.
I was at a loss for words, so I turned around and walked away…
I was just so proud that I was on time for my first appointment with them, and then I was instantly frustrated with myself for mixing up the times.
As I flipped through my phone, the lady behind the front desk says that their 11 AM appointment was running late, so they would give me her appointment, and she would take my time. WOO HOO, YAY FOR ME. ??
I’ve had an excellent experience with this optometrist office! The entire staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive from the moment you walk in. They truly listen and make you feel valued as a patient. Tonya, in particular, has been amazing throughout my journey with glasses and contact fittings. She’s patient, knowledgeable, and dedicated to making sure I get the right prescription and a perfect fit. Her attention to detail and commitment to my satisfaction have made all the difference. I highly recommend this office for anyone looking for top-notch eye care!

I have been going to a big box optical store for the better part of 15 years. I decided that there might be a better experience and care waiting for me at a dedicated optometrist, so I gave this one a try on a friends recommendation. Long story short - Dr. Rex Werner identified a missing component in my prescription, and a potential future eye issue that I had not been informed of in all the years I had been going to the big box store. He also took the time to thoroughly explain my prescription, what it means, how it affects my vision throughout different situations, and how best to use the corrective implements (I got both a glasses and contact prescription) in those... read full review
