I wanted to take a moment to give a shot out to WM customer service and the collection team.
I've had to replace my trash cans a few times the customer service agent Jennifer was impressive,very knowledgeable and the process over the phone was seem less. Also the collection team are incredibly reliable always showing up on schedule. Thank you WM

Great experience at the Waste Management Recycling Center in El Cajon. I scheduled a hazardous waste drop-off and the whole process was very smooth and efficient. Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff unloaded the waste from my car so I didn’t even need to step out of the vehicle, which made it very convenient. The team was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the process. I would definitely use this service again. Highly recommended! 👍♻️
Staff are so helpful when I call to schedule a Special Waste Dropoff of Expired or damaged Batteries & other chemical waste that cannot go in my weekly trash pickup! Such an important service to know professionals will manage the disposal of the chemicals, including batteries, paint, solvents, old paint & more items. These workers are helping to maintain the safety of our environment!!!
