Valley Coin Laundry is a reliable, welcoming spot for laundry needs, especially for those with large families or in need of assistance.
I visited Valley Coin Laundry on the previous Thursday because my previous neighborhood laundromat experienced a dryer breakdown. The laundry facility provided me with operating machines and a helpful staff member who gave me a complimentary dryer sheet. A superhero cape-wearing child brought me amusement when his sock became trapped during my laundry time.
The staff members provided immediate assistance to the child and I had never experienced such service at my previous laundry facility. The entire facility impressed me with its modern appearance and well-arranged layout. I will continue using this laundry service because of its excellent service.

I am a seventy-two year old lady whose washing machine is awaiting repair. I have quite a large family and a huge load of dirty laundry accumulated quickly, forcing me to go to the laundromat. Having very little knowledge of such an establishment left me in a quandary as to what to do. The other customers were very kind when it came to my various queries, but were there, of course, to do laundry of their own. Then came along Jim, the owner of the place. He was like the proverbial knight in shining armor, patiently explaining how to do everything and actually measuring out and pouring in the laundry detergent for me. He was wonderfully kind and did I mention patient? Patience goes a long way with us old folks. As I sat and read my book while waiting for my clothes to finish washing, I observed Jim. I am so pleased to state that he treated everyone the same, regardless of race, ethnicity, age or gender. The machines work great and it is a good, clean establishment. If you have to do your laundry outside of home, go to Valley Coin Laundry in El Cajon.
