RACIST AND RUDE GUY WORKING THERE!First off, me and my husband got to this place at 9:30 pm because it says it closes at 11pm, you would expect for the last wash to be around 9:30 but heck no, the guy was just standing there on his phone supposedly "mopping" we put detergent in the machine thinking that we were still on time since all doors were open and there was no time for the "last wash". As soon as this (I believe arab, idk) guy turned around, he was rude AF telling us "oh no no no were closed". Not even an apology or nice word. I immediately told him that we put detergent in our machine and he just shrugged his shoulders. My husband pointed out that the last wash sign said nothing, and he responded with "whatever" when I told him to update his fu*king stuff on the website + signs. I then called him out for being lazy af as he was just on his phone and acted dumb as if he didn't hear us getting out stuff ready. He then screamed to us once we were in our car and said "a la vista!" as he knew and heard we were hispanic (me and husband). Anyways, don't come here. Waste of time, they clearly won't care about customer service, rude af employees and racist! What a great deal:)

I have been sitting here with a error code on my washer and can't get my laundry out!!! Been here almost two hours!! The number on the door for help is a crap number, no one answers I have to be at work! Will never come here again! I cannot even get my clothes out!!!

I went to this place late at night for sure that I would not be able to wash my clothes and dry them in the amount of time needed before they closed but sure enough I was able to get in and get out with clothes, clean and dry in minimal time. The washer machines are ran by a card That you upload money to and works wonders compared to having to get change converted to coins plus the whole hassle of walking around with extra loose change from leftover quarters from your washing experience. The staff was more than helpful when it came to showing me how to get a card uploaded and use it on the machine.The upkeep of the establishment is so clean and I would definitely use this business again should my washer and dryer break down again. I highly recommend them if you are a professional who works late hours and needs a place to wash your clothes without going to the bad places that look sketchy in San Diego.
