At first, I was happy with their service. I've had good pedicures. I got my nails done. They took about two hours for a full set, which is a lot for plain nails. And they are not updated on new trends because these are super boring looking and to top it off when I got my pedicure the woman made my toe bleed, and I just asked her to stop And she's still trying to charge me for gel when I didn't get any polish at all.

I come here because it's close to home but this will probably be my last time. On my previous visit they used gel polish without asking or telling me. Charged me an additional $18.00. I returned today and they charged me an additional $6.00 to remove the gel. Also I come to relax and have some quiet time to myself. The workers who don't have clients are watching videos without ear buds and a bit annoying. Do much noise in my opinion.

I was going here pretty often routinely and I was happy that they allowed walk ins because my job is so unpredictable with hours at times I can’t make nail appts most of the time (and I’d hate to always cancel or flake). Well I needed a fill, went in and it was over an hour wait, which I understood and left…I couldn’t make it back in for another week and rushed home from work one day to make it there 45 min before it closed to hope I could get in as it was over 3 weeks since a fill.
