Stemar has been absolutely awesome. Three days before we were going overseas for three weeks my condo flooded. I was very concerned how how everything would work out without being in town. Gabriel Beas a manager from Stemar was in frequent communication and easily reached which was huge with us being so far away. Then when Zaray Ramos took over as project manager the excellence continued. She communicated frequently , often with photos for project status. Outstanding, professional, prompt, courteous, great communicators and trustworthy. After ServePro dropped the ball on our home's flood remediation project and left our family without a contractor, we shopped around and found Stemar from a trusted family friend. Gabriel and Arnoldo are fantastic to work with and they have a talented, vetted team of experienced craftsmen who take great pride in their work. I won't work with anyone else.
