I needed a new pump for my spa. I looked on line but decided to pay more in case any problems arose installing it. Ron had the 4.5hp pump I wanted. I took it and installed it myself. Unfortunately, it had a crack near the impeller and leaked. Ron sent out a replacement and a knowledgeable technician who removed the cracked one and installed one that didn't leak. He took several hours doing this and checking everything out on the spa. It was well worth buying locally and I highly recommend Spa Parts Depot as the place to choose.
