We have been left sweltering in the heat for over a month here in Escondido. I am fuming mad about the lack of customer service, inability to reach a live person, and plain disregard for the elderly and our pets. If you use this company, don't say I didn't warn you. 1 technician for all the systems they put in...and parts must have to be ordered from China how long we've been waiting. We are the "hero recipients" of our system so it does pain me to leave this review, but this only scrapes the surface of the hell we've experienced since this system was installed. Wish we had our 20yr old system back, it never failed when we needed it.

Help I'm burning up. I had full HVAC and solar through Sempra in July of 2021. The AC units is now dying when temps get too high outside. I live in Riverside CA, that happens a lot. We had another service company diagnose the problem, but of course needed Sempra to repair what appeared to be a shoddy install. Sempra guy came out and said he fixed the problem. He didn't and he was a pompous #%^ There is no phone service during the weekend. So no one to call. If you enjoy very poor follow up service and not standing by your services, then Sempra is the company for you!!!

Stephen, a Semper HVAC technician, did an excellent job when he came out this morning to inspect our AC system and change the filter. He also figured out the cause of the occasional slight burning smell we reported to him and was able to tell us that it was from the UV light that's part of the system, which was a relief. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly, careful, and polite, and he took the initiative to research the potential problem odor online. It's always a pleasure doing business with professionals like Stephen!
