When it rains it pours! I went several years in property management without needing a remediation company and now I have needed one 3 times in the last 3 months! Tom and SDFR have been amazing. They advocated for my clients with the insurance companies and maximized their recovery. His interactions with me and my clients have been beyond professional and have helped to put our minds at ease. He made me look great to my clients. I cant recommend their services enough.

Laura, Tom and their team maintained constant communication and professionalism while walking us through every step of the process of water mitigation and reconstruction. They patiently answered all of our questions and made sure we were comfortable with every option on the table.
