Eli has helped our office twice now and both experiences have been so excellent! We had a leaking toilet and a spraying faucet and he got them fixed like it was no big deal. He’s extremely professional, works quickly, and gets the job done right the first time. Communication was easy, and everything was handled efficiently. 10/10 — highly recommend!
Edited 1/2/25: Had another drain issue and called Remedy Rooter again. They were out SO quickly and issue was resolved so fast! Tim was my tech this time!
Service and availability are top notch! My first interaction with Remedy Rooter was with their scheduling dispatcher, Amber who was on top of my request for a slow drain repair ASAP. She remembered who I was every time I called back. My slow drain did eventually reveal itself to be a BROKeN drain line with a massive clog. Rafael, the tech that officially diagnosed the problem offered up multiple solutions. He ends up being able to fix it without tearing up my whole house and was done in one day. ❤️
