Ram Jack Pacific is an amazing company. From Thomas, who came out in the pouring rain to give an estimate, to the office staff, to the great crew that was here doing all the work! Not knowing a thing about raising and stabilizing a foundation, Thomas took numerous questions in person, via text and email. I know he had to repeat many things to me and had great patience, kindness, and knowledge. The team that was here was amazing, very knowledgeable and took great care of my home. One thing I was super impressed with was I could hear them speaking Spanish but if I was in their presence they spoke perfect English to me and each other. I would have never known they were in my home or yard, digging holes and placing pilings 25 to 35 feet into the ground. I think my planter box looks better now than before the work! I think Ram Jack is AMAZING . Don Schroeder came out to see my very Large retaining wall on Mississippi st . It was RETAINING WATER for a while and the stucco was coming off . He Looked at it inside and out on an inspection. Noted that the Drain holes had been blocked and gave me the company and person to contact. Although they did not do the project and made $0 $ . no money. He helped me with his recommendation I love Dana at office also very helpful and Cheery This Company is great professional and Helpful .
