I highly recommend Dennis Cook Roofing. I was seriously dreading needing this work but honestly, the entire process was seamless, professional, and stress-free. A special shout-out goes to Terry Wilson, who conducted the initial evaluation and provided the bid. Terry was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and transparent, taking the time to explain every detail of the project and answer all of my questions with patience. And I had A LOT of question. Lol. The bid itself was competitive and detailed, showing that they truly care about their customers and take pride in their work. Once the project began, the crew was punctual, efficient. And I VERY much appreciated how good of a job they did cleaning up. I actually think they left my yard cleaner than it was when they started. And most importantly, they did an excellent job. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding and my roof looks fantastic. I am so happy I made the choice to go with them.

After the rainy winter we needed a new roof. Kind of found Dennis Cook Roofing by accident as a neighbor had recommended his roofing company from a few years back and when I went to the address on the card the building was now owned by a different roofing company. I had a great conversation with Jazmine in the office and made an appointment for Phil Mast to come out and give us a quote. I had researched roofing prices through a couple friends and was aware of what the price might be and it was in that ballpark. We arranged a date for the start of the job. The crew showed up bright and early, tore off the old roof, determined what repairs should be made, and just kept working all day. Phil suggested roof vents for heat and moisture relief in the attic and we also had the skylight replaced -- the new one was just put on today and is gorgeous and the kitchen is so bright! The covers for fans and other items were replaced and all painted to match the shingles. The crew was awesome -- answered all my questions. Phil would reply to my email questions almost immediately and even brought materials up for the repairs and answered more questions that I had. The crew couldn't have been nicer and seemed to enjoy their work. Chrystal provided me with an update at the end of each day stating the work accomplished and included pictures taken during the 2-day job. Roof looks beautiful and we can sit up on our deck, have Happy Hour and enjoy it. I have actually had someone ask for a roofing recommendation the other day and did not hesitate to provide their information!
