I had pants that had paint on them and tried 2 other places but didn’t get the stains off, this laundry was the only one that managed to get the stains off and the pants are back as new. Thank you the great service.

I got my clothes back and my blue jean 501s look like they had been washed. Not the same new finish the other Palm Cleaners on East Main gives me. I also took in a Padres jersey that they returned to me with blue stains that were nit there before. Made them redo it. East Main location does a better job. They have more experience.

For the last 2 years this has been my go-to for dry cleaning, but since Covid began I will not be returning as a customer. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable and they do dry cleaning well - except when they don't. The first instance that I was extremely disappointed was when I dropped off a Henna outfit to get dry cleaned. It was a dress with embroidery and a velvet jacket that went over it. I was charged for 2 dresses, and when asked to correct it since it was actually a dress plus jacket I was told that since the velvet material is difficult to dry clean, they would have to charge as a second jacket.
