I started the program 12/01/22, as of today (02/15/23), I have lost 30 lbs already and still losing... My pants size went down from size 12 to size 5/6! My face is definitely slimmer compared before where it is more rounder. I do not have to brag or tell people what I do to lose weight, but my friends have definitely notice how much I changed physically and even at work. People have started asking me what do I do and I have always referred them to Nirvana! As of today, I have referred 3 of my friends and I have another friend messaging me this morning that she was able to set up an appointment for tomorrow! Their weight loss program definitely works!

This is the greatest place on earth to go if you want to achieve weight loss goals. Vanna & her husband Howard provide professional & exceptional service & are very empathetic to your needs. They make you feel right at home. I always feel welcomed & like I'm a part of the family. The office environment is very clean & decorated very nicely. The weight loss shakes are delicious. I came to nirvana as a recommendation from a friend and I'm glad I did.
