Booked a massage weeks in advanced and they called to cancel it because they were undergoing new management. they closed for 4 days only giving clients two day notice. such horrible business practices.
Professional, and very dedicated.
Trying to get someone to answer the phone is a nightmare. If they do answer you may be placed on hold for 13 minutes and get disconnected. Sometimes there is no one at the desk. Gone to Facilty Just for it to be locked with no one there on multiple occasions.
