Lamya was completely professional, while simultaneously making the experience light and pleasant. She explained the process of getting my perm done while we were going through the steps, and had no issues with giving me a last minute trim as well as layering, despite me only booking for a perm. She even offered me something to drink while I was in. After everything was said and done, Lamya pointed me in the right direction for some good curly hair products, as well as answered any questions I had about upkeep during the first three days. My hair was dull, dry, and the color desperately needed correcting. Lamya worked her magic and completely brought my hair back to life. She gave me a full balayage treatment, and the results were beyond anything I expected — my hair looks healthy, vibrant, and absolutely beautiful. She’s professional, talented, and truly cares about her clients. I’m so thankful I found her!
