“I came in to buy my son's first necklace — he loved it right away. Unfortunately, it broke not long after. I wasn’t too worried since we had a warranty and the same salesperson who helped us originally was there, so I expected a simple solution.

However, when I explained that my son had tugged on the chain to test its durability (just like the salesperson had demonstrated), things took a turn. He was dismissive and instead offered to sell me the exact same chain again at half price. That didn’t sit right with me. Eventually, he agreed to take the necklace in for a repair and said it would be ready in a few days.
