Based on past experiences, I thought I was looking at 2 or 3 weeks for an AC repair. With Generations Heating and Air, I was pleasantly surprised, though. They showed up on time and my repairman, Mike, explained what the problems might be before he even started. As the unit had been turned off, we had to wait a while before it was possible to determine the exact location of leaking, so he went with repairing the obvious fix but didn't leave it at that. 5 Stars – Excellent Service! I had a great experience with Generation HVAC in San Diego. Mike was the technician who came out, and he did an outstanding job. He was knowledgeable, professional, and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. The repair was done efficiently and everything is working perfectly now. The service was arranged through my American Home Shield insurance, and the process was smooth from start to finish. I really appreciate the quality of work and would highly recommend Generation HVAC and Mike to anyone needing HVAC service!

I scheduled an A/C tuneup through American Home Shield warranty and was assigned this company. From scheduling to completing the service they were efficient, quick, professional and friendly. They did all they said they'd do and didnt try to push me into buying anything. This is the type of customer service and professionalism I wish all companies had. Shout out to Zach and his trainee!
