The gentleman that helped me with my computer was very competent and did some kind of geek magic that suddenly got my custom rig to boot.I would recommend taking your rig here since they will give you a free diagnostic.They informed me they could have helped with any repairs needed, which gave me even more peace of mind.

I had an appointment with Geek Squad at this location with a computer issue.Very friendly and efficient service by a woman on duty. The issue was solved and I was not charged. I'm a very satisfied customer.

Right from the start Best Buy was GREAT!They have a person at the door who greets you and can direct you where you need to go, all of their staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and the fact that they have people who troubleshoot equipment--often for FREE is off the charts! I wouldnt go anywhere else
