I just read a negative review and have this response. I was shocked at what happened one day here, none of it the fault of the women who work here:. A nice appearing, neatly groomed woman next to me finished her experience, thanked them for the nice job then gave them some cash and very hurried out the door. As cash was counted her manicurist hurried to the door to let that customer know she shorted the manicurist for the pay. But the customer was long gone. I've been coming to this nail salon for a while now, and every visit is a great experience! The salon is always clean and inviting, and the staff is so friendly and welcoming. Van is my go-to nail tech—she does amazing work and pays close attention to detail, making sure my nails look perfect every time. You can tell she really cares about her clients. The owner is also on-site, making sure everything runs smoothly, which I really appreciate. I find the pricing on point!
It’s such a relaxing place, and I always leave feeling pampered. Highly recommend!
I hope they refuse my service in the future. I observed them using dirty equipment, also not to use calis removal even went as far as to pick a service that doesn't include it, as this is a gift and the person is allergic to that chemical, they proceeded to apply it. I refuse to spend anymore money in this establishment.
