Once you actually see someone they're amazing! Also, getting a stall early doesn't matter apparently. The archaic system of calling via phone for a spot had me waiting for 2.5 hours in the car with my cat who might have a UTI. We got there 30 minutes before they opened, called over and over again and got through 15 minutes after they open to receive the wait time of 2.5 hours! Absolutely absurd. But, haven't had a bad experience with the actual doctors themselves out of the two times I've been here.
One of the best hospitals I have been to here in San Diego. Well priced and their staff are so kind! I understand why they're always so busy. To my understanding, they are are walk in only unless you have an appointment for surgery. Basically how it works Is you get there at 8 AM and you park in one of the spots and call to check in then they give you an estimated wait time. I brought my dog here earlier in the year to be seen for the beginning stages of Happy tail on a Saturday morning, and I waited about an hour and a half to be seen.
