I did the table shower since it was the middle of the day and that was a great option. The shower is before your massage not after.

I visited East County Wellness Center a couple days ago and it was such a nice experience. The music is very relaxing and at just the right volume. The atmosphere is calm and serene despite being above a sterile looking medial building (that kind of threw me for a moment). I was greeted with a smile and felt comfortable right away. I did have to wait a few minutes for my appt but used the time to relax and review their membership benefits. Their prices are well within reason! Working in this industry for years, I can tell you how reasonable they are. I will definitely be coming back and bringing my friends here as well.
