When I first brought my kiddo I was really nervous. I had previously called and asked if they would be ok with having a neurodivergent kiddo as a client. That’s how we met West. However, he moved 4 months after we started going to him for my kiddos haircuts. He spoke highly of his colleagues and said they all would be amazing in his place. I decided to make an appointment with Ben and hoped we didn’t put him off on the first appointment. He has been 100% AMAZING! The way he’s patient and understanding speaks volumes of his customer service skills. He even was able to cut my 3 year olds hair! Something that has been difficult elsewhere! 1rst time customer here. The barber, Scott, was very personable, knew (and done) his job in a timely and fashionable way. I'm totally satisfied with the service, vibe and cleanliness of the store. We'll worth the $30 cut.

Johnny at Ducky's Barber Shop has the best kid friend manners! My son is 5yrs old and we've been coming to him for about a year now and we won't go anywhere else! Johnny makes my son feel so comfortable and safe in his chair! He even lets him touch his tools and shows them how they work! He's very patient with him when he's not in the best mood. Highly recommend Ducky's Barber Shop.
