Jim is outstanding, if you are thinking of getting your carpet or tile cleaned call Cisco Steam Clean you won’t be disappointed. We had a new rental and the tile was black and just terrible. He went over the dirtier areas to get up as much as he could and didn't try to upcharge things like so many other companies do.
