On time, efficient, left everything clean and tidy.He also showed us photos where we had gaps between the flue liners, and explained very clearly what that was and why he recommended that we have it fixed (not work that he does, but he gave us two reliable, trustworthy references to call and have it fixed).Jeff is truly a gentleman, and expert at what he does. We had contacted a few chimney sweeps to get ready for winter and Jeff was the best. He gave us great info and when he said he would be there, he was there! Jeff did a great job of cleaning and inspecting and showed us the photos that he had taken from inside the chimney which were great. When we need another cleaning he will be our choice. Last summer Chimney Cricket installed an inserted fireplace into my chimney and I couldn't be more happy! What a difference! My house used to be very cold when the temperatures dropped, but now it is a cozy place. Chimney Cricket came out and evaluated my previous wood-burning stove and helped me come up with a solution for replacement. The new stove is so efficient, and warms my entire house. What a pleasure it is to come in out of the cold! One of the things that he recommended is a fan which is connected to the firebox and circulates the warm air out into the house.
