The stylists are awesome, but I must say the salon is falling apart. Broken, chairs, even a metal chair at the shampoo bowl. Make the experience of being pampered very uncomfortable especially for the older clients. It is so embarrassing for the beauticians! They even argue in front of the customers about who can use the dryers as there are only 2. They have a uninstalled shampoo chair sitting in the middle of the shop for months. So if you want to be pampered this is not the place!

I had a hair cut and highlight and the person did not ask me how I wanted my Highlights. The person Just did it and also cut my hair without asking how much I wanted cut. Also they do NOT take credit cards or Debits. You need to have cash. People there look like they know what they are doing but they are NOT Friendly. I did not feel comfortable being there. Pricing is very high in cost. I regret not sticking with my current Hair Dresser. I wanted to try something new. It would be nice if the Hair dressers be a little more friendly. They do not have enough space to sit down while you are waiting. I will not mind paying the price if the customer service is good, but here...read full review

I have been Bushra's customer for over two years, and that says something! She is an expert in hair colour, cuts, styling, makeup, and more! She really knows her stuff and takes her time in understanding your hair's needs. She explains the service you are selecting and tells you honestly what to expect.
