A week ago, I called them to schedule an appointment; the person I spoke with was incredibly kind and patiently answered all of my questions. The guys cleaned the one room I needed in 30 minutes after arriving 15 minutes early! My carpet appears to be virtually new! extremely happy with their service! Very competent, and I would certainly suggest.
