I went there today and first spoke with a lady named Jenny, but when I asked her name, she told me it was Tina, which was a little confusing. I kept asking for short nails since I can’t work with long ones, but she insisted that short nails are “ugly” and ignored my request. When I got home, I realized I couldn’t work with the nails and even hurt myself.

I called back, explained the situation, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Tammy assisted me, and I really appreciate her flexibility and hard work. She was fast, kind, and did exactly what I asked for. Thank you, Tammy—I hope I pronounced your name correctly! :)

I have been a customer for almost 4 years and I love how they take time to make my nails look beautiful 😍 and I also bring my boys with me and they always make them feel welcome and do a wonderful job on cleaning there nails. I also come here to get my eyebrows wax and she is so gentle

I recommend Jenny, I am a visitor of San Diego. From now on I will be coming to her! She ate these nails up!!! 10/10 she’s so nice and understanding. She stands on bidness, if you want your nails to look like a baddie go to her!!!! Best service and nails my fav set everrr
