I was having difficulty with checking out all of my items at a "Do It Yourself Machine " at the Albertsons in El Cajon. Immediately the customer service rep asked me what I needed and provided me enough Grocery Bags and helped me out so that I could pay for all of my Items! Thanks so much to Alessandra for paying close attention to the frustrated look on my face! I love being able to speed up my many Visits to this Awesome Place as I walk slowly with a cane and have difficulty standing for a long time!
I visited my local Albertson Saturday. I am an older disabled customer with very limited use of my right arm. I had a long list today and the store was very busy.As I was heading out the door a young man by the name of Max approached me to ask if I needed help with my heavier items. I happily welcomed the help but forgot I had to stop at the pharmacy.Max waited with me and was so patient with the pitstop at the pharmacy. He then walked with me to my car and loaded my groceries for me. I was so genuinely surprised by this young man's initiative and helpful attitude. This store is incredibly lucky to have this employee on their team . They honestly could use 10 more just like him. Keep up the great work Max!
