Tom is very professional. He fixed an irrigation issue and installed a much needed shut off valve that he hand crafted to fit into a tight space. Communications and work were top notch.
Tom was fantastic. He was super easy to work with, was very responsive and knew what he was doing. I had problems with my sprinklers and irrigation. He figured it all out and got my clocks all working correctly. Everything is now working just right
Our grass was getting brown and spotty, and our landscaper told me we needed to water more, so I did. After no improvement in the grass, our landscaper told us to increase the watering times again, so I did. Still no improvement, but I did get the water bill, and holy #@*$^#!! So I did my research and called Tom. He is semi-retired and busy, but is very communicative and finally came out to take a look at things. Turns out our fancy spinning sprinkler heads weren't cutting the mustard. So Tom got the supplies he needed and scheduled to come do the work. Turns out that in the process of fixing the sprinklers (and our drip system) he found that one of our sprinklers had a huge leak underground. Whoa! He dug a big hole and sure enough a connection had separated. He had to come back to fix that, but when he filled the hole back in, it was like it was never there. So it turns out that now our grass has come back and looks great, and I am able to cut back on watering so my bill went back down! Tom's work was reasonable, so with my now shorter watering times, its like it paid for itself. Highly recommend!
