Scheduling with them is a nightmare for Dr. Pickett or Dr. Sandoval. Set an appt 2 months in advance for my daughter’s annual because they are always booked. Appt set. Get a call later that Dr. Pickett won’t be there that day. I already rearranged my daughter’s school schedule for that day so I asked if another doctor could see her. They say Dr. Sandoval is available same day and time. Great! But not great because I get another call a month later that Sandoval won’t be there that day. WTH would you schedule me then!!??!? Don't come here for gender affirming treatment. They aren't the worst, but they will tell you about requirements for treatment that are not actually required by state or insurance but only by them. They told me that I'd need to be publicly transitioned for a year to receive HRT. I turned around and went to Planned Parenthood and got HRT without any problem. Other than that, I've admittedly had few issues with them; though my GP left and I can't say I like the person that replaced her. So far he seems largely disinterested in me and has yet to reply to any messages I've sent on their website. But they have in-house testing and I never have to wait long in the lobby, so that's nice; but getting an appointment can take ages.
Since my NP left this place has not been great. They didn't even tell me they left A Dr I saw after wards even forgot to come back to my room and I ended up just leaving. Very poor care
