Called to talk about pricing for a large project. CRAZY to me as an electrical contractor they won’t discuss any pricing or availability of product. Have to send forms and wait for people to call you back. My customer had used one product before and suggested we use this product again for them. But on a job that they need to move quickly on there wasn’t any urgency or want to help me at all. Will just make a suggestion for a new product to our customer.

Sold LEDone for several years now, most always had product in stock, and most all their products work well. Unfortunately I have to give a 3 star rating since their response to a catastrophic failure of T-5 replacements cost a significant amount of labor to replace them in Hi Bay fixtures. Ordered over 1,200 tubes and today replaced over 950 tubes. I understand their warranty and normal replacement a few tubes failing is almost expected. How ever when you have a mass failure, you cannot expect the customer to front the labor costs twice in such a situation.

I’m a consumer who purchased a home that had this brand lights preinstalled. An issue happened with a light and I needed a replacement. I searched several hardware stores and could not locate them. Upon calling LED One to find a store that would help me with a replacement light they went ahead and offered to help me with a replacement light although they are not in the business to help consumers. (They’re more a B2B company) The people I worked with were super gracious and accommodating.
