Hair Elegance - PERMANENTLY CLOSED

What I thought would of been a great experience, turned into a very terrible one. My stylist, Ashley, was very rude when I checked in for the appointment. When I showed l her picture of what I want my pixie cut to look like she responded, "what do you want! You are showing me different pictures." I explained to her what I wanted and she rolled her eyes and continued to be very rude. When she started to cut my hair it was not what I wanted and I started to cry and she ignored my response. I’ve been waiting to get my eyebrows microbladed for awhile but always been hesitate bc I couldn’t find anyone that I trust or like locally. I happen to find Ashley on Instagram and follow her works for 3 years now, Im glad I did because I absolutely love my brows and it was a painless procedure. I wanted my brows to look soft and natural and I appreciate her taking the time to use the measuring device not the template to ensure they were balanced. Thank you for being truly gifted at your craft and Im excited to see when they are healed.
