The quality of service is undoubtedly top notch. Im room dining is timely. The pool is heated. The restaurant has flavors that appeal to the taste buds. I recommend the lucid car experience if its available. Make sure to have the seat massager turned on as that is the main perk I loved about the lucid. Miguel (pool), Jacob (valet/door), Khanh(desk), Leah(Quattro), Nurai (quattro) and Francesca (Quattro) all did an amazing job with their hospitality service. Thank you guys! I will be back.
Four Seasons chain hotel exemplifies well curated service along with a focus on wellness and relaxation facilities. The hotel at East Palo Alto though seemingly dated makes up for this with additional equipments and amenities. During graduation season in June 2024 we were given plenty of assistance and attention to our needs before, during and after the event via written notices, packets, etc. The exemplary service was mainly with the front office esp Caitlin of the front desk who also helped us with our luggage transport requirements after our stay. Best part about our stay was the people and service. 5 stars all around. Rooms were very nice as well. My wife and i were celebrating our anniversary and they added an extra special touch. Great recommendations for dinner in Palo Alto and day hiking in the Santa Cruz
